Young adulthood is often described as an exciting time—but it can also feel overwhelming, uncertain, and full of pressure. Whether you’re starting college, in the middle of it, transitioning into the workforce, or figuring out what comes after graduation, this stage of life brings constant change and big decisions.

You may be asking yourself: What do I want to do? Who do I want to be? Am I on the right path?

At the same time, relationships are evolving—friendships shift, family dynamics change, and dating can feel complicated or confusing. With so many moving pieces, it’s easy to feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of your direction.

Therapy for Young Adults

I offer a space to slow down, process what you’re experiencing, and gain clarity about what matters most to you.

I work with young adults who may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Depression

  • Life transitions and uncertainty about the future

  • Career and academic pressure

  • Relationship and dating challenges

  • Changing family dynamics

  • Grief and loss

  • Low self-esteem and self-confidence

  • Feeling stuck, lost, or directionless

A personalized approach.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help young adults better understand patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, manage stress and anxiety, and build practical coping strategies. Our work is primarily talk-based, but I also incorporate creative or expressive techniques when it feels helpful and relevant to you.

Together, we’ll work to build insight, strengthen your sense of self, and help you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and intention.
