Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started
-
The 15-minute consultation is a chance for us to connect and see if we're a good fit. I'll ask a bit about what's bringing you to therapy, and you can ask me any questions about how I work. There's no pressure to commit—it's simply a conversation to help you decide if this feels right.

1. Schedule a Consultation
Book a complimentary 15-minute call as a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask a few questions about what’s bringing you to therapy, and you’re welcome to ask anything about my approach, style, or what to expect.2. Complete the Intake Session
In our first full session, we’ll take a deeper look at your background, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I’ll also walk you through how the process works, and together we’ll set a consistent schedule to support meaningful progress.3. Begin Ongoing Sessions
From there, we’ll start the work together. As I get to know you, I’ll tailor our approach to fit your needs, goals, and comfort level. Therapy is collaborative and flexible, and we’ll continue to adjust along the way to best support your growth.

I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. I'm happy to walk you through how that process works.
