Life can feel overwhelming—especially during times of change or transition. I’m here to help you weather the storm, no matter what it looks like. My goal is to support you in finding healing, peace, and a sense of control amidst life’s chaos. Whether you’re drawn to a more traditional approach to therapy or interested in using expressive arts to explore and process your experiences, we’ll work together to find an approach that feels right for you.
Britt Sperry, LPC, NCC
My approach.
I work with preteens, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity development, and the pressures that come with growing up. These seasons can feel uncertain and overwhelming, but they also hold opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and resilience. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.
My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, while also incorporating expressive arts techniques when helpful. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to tailor each session to meet the unique needs and strengths of the individual. Together, we’ll build practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
