Why Cloudbreak?

The name Cloudbreak reflects the heart of my approach to therapy.

Life brings seasons of uncertainty, stress, and overwhelm—times when it can feel like you’re stuck in the middle of a storm. While we can’t always stop the rain, we can find ways to move through it. Therapy can offer that kind of support—like an umbrella in the storm. Through coping skills, self-awareness, and a space where you feel heard and understood, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In our work together, we focus on building tools that help you feel more grounded and in control, even when life feels unpredictable. Using a cognitive behavioral approach, we’ll gently explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. By identifying unhelpful thought patterns and learning to shift them, you can begin to change how you feel and respond to challenges.

And just like any storm, these difficult seasons don’t last forever.

Over time, with support and intention, things can begin to feel clearer. The intensity softens, your confidence grows, and you start to see yourself—and your life—with more clarity. A cloudbreak is that moment when light begins to come through again—when you feel a renewed sense of direction, self-understanding, and hope.
